Fellowships
We periodically call for applications for the Torres and Kavli Postdoctoral Fellowships.  The Torres Postdoctoral Fellowships are supported by a generous donation from Juan Carlos Torres '79, and are awarded through a competitive process for the study of Astrophysics, with a preference for candidates studying exoplanets. The MIT-Kavli Postdoctoral Fellowship in Astrophysics is awarded through a competitive process to outstanding researchers in Astrophysics. Candidates with an interest in astronomical instrumentation are encouraged to apply.  Please check this page periodically for updates about the application process and deadlines for these two fellowships. See current posting listed above.

NOTE:  We are happy to host postdoctoral fellows supported by national and international programs. Please contact us EARLY in the application process so we can review your research proposal (at least two weeks prior to application deadline) and confirm that we are able to host your fellowship should it be awarded.
